Our Process
On-Site Consultations
Consult our experts to discuss your plans and explore options. We'll assess your property during a site visit and provide personalized advice, considering your home's age, style, and structure, resulting in a free personalised quote
Preconstruction Design
The project commences with an on-site survey, followed by the initial design. Upon agreement, we would create structural drawing and further assist with the planning application, establishing party wall agreements as needed, and providing a comprehensive project work schedule.
Coordination and Execution
The work usually takes between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on complexity. Your dedicated Project Manager will conduct regular site visits, addressing issues promptly and keeping you informed.
Assurance and Validation
After project completion, we ensure compliance by obtaining necessary certificates, building control sign-off and conducting a thorough quality check of the final work. Once signed off by you, we will issue you with the "Book of House", a comprehensive, document to ensure a seamless transition for the new owner, incl. a warranty for our work.
